As a photographer, I like to show a new country or culture through the faces of people on the streets, through small details or non-obvious subjects. I’m interested in the plots of history, the parallels between different eras, and the laws of time themselves. I hope that my work often creates a sense of “time travel”, where contemporary reality, cultural tradition, and historical reenactment intersect, blurring the boundaries between past and present
